The historic quayside is alive with a thriving selection of shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs. You can hire a cycle or paddleboard to travel along the river on the Exe Estuary Trail.

A long stretch, white sandy beach surrounded by staggering cliffs that make the beach feel very secluded. It’s known as the gateway to the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site.
Torquay is a traditional and thriving seaside town with a multitude of sandy beaches. Great for families as there is a range of attractions and amusement arcades.
A long pebble beach that stretches west for several miles along the Jurassic Coast. It has safe clear waters for swimming and water sports, and a great spot for a dog walk.
