terms for christmas party and new year 2024/2025 bookings

DEPOSIT -To make a Christmas or New Year party booking we require full payment on booking, or a 25% non-refundable deposit.

PAYMENT - The full payment will be due 4 weeks prior to your booking unless discussed otherwise with management.

CANCELLATIONS - We have a 4 week cancellation policy for any booking. Any cancellations made before this period will receive a full refund minus the deposit amount. Cancellations made after this time will incur the full payment. Please reach out if this is a concern and we will do our best to accommodate you.

SPECIAL DIETRY REQUIREMENTS - We are happy to cater for any deity requirements. Please advise us when booking.
