Some of our lodges are used as holiday rentals, however we have partnered with Fingle Glen Lodges to create a bespoke development of luxury holiday homes that provide the option to purchase a lodge on site for use as your own holiday home or to use as an investment.

Yes!
Fingle Glen Lodges is open 12 months of the year, meaning you are more than welcome to use your own holiday lodge at any time. Just pack the car and go!

You are free to come and go as little or as often as you like, whether it’s a week, two weeks or the duration of the summer holidays. There is no restriction on length of your stay – that’s one of the benefits of owning your own lodge.
The only thing that must be adhered to is that your lodge can only be used as a second home, it is not to be used as your main dwelling. We do ask that if you are intending on staying for a longer duration, simply let us know so we are aware of your circumstances.

With every lodge purchase here at Fingle Glen Lodges, you get a year’s membership to the Fingle Glen Golf Course completely on the house.
This extends to the immediate family members of the owner and can be used as much as you like through the year. Once the first year has lapsed, if you would like to continue your membership at the Golf Club, simply visit the membership team at the Fingle Glen Golf clubhouse who will be able to assist you with full membership pricing, terms, and renewals at the time.

You can’t get a traditional residential mortgage on a holiday lodge, because it isn’t primarily a residential property. However, there are a number of other avenues available to help you finance the purchase of your holiday lodge.

Fingle Glen Lodges is only open for holiday lodge sales appointments, lodge owners, and of course holidaymakers and their guests. However Fingle Glen is open to the public and the Fingle Glen members. Anyone can dine in the on site bar and restaurants in the clubhouse, however please note during busy periods we do advise you to make a reservation to avoid disappointment.
